The intel\u00adli\u00adgent 360\u00b0 Invoice Manage\u00adment from Insiders Tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies combines the classic pro\u00adces\u00adsing of paper and PDF documents with the new formats in inter\u00adna\u00adtional e\u2011invoicing into an inte\u00adgrated solution and already enables the efficient receipt and dispatch of e\u2011invoices in accordance with the latest EU standards as well as automated invoice pro\u00adces\u00adsing.<\/p>\n

With the Insiders Invoice solution e\u2011invoice pro, all common national and inter\u00adna\u00adtional e\u2011invoice formats (such as XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, KSeF XML, FatturaPA) as well as so-called \u201cother invoices\u201d (e.g. PDF) can be processed in a single, AI-supported workflow. The com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsive range of e\u2011invoice pro also offers essential functions of modern invoice manage\u00adment such as intel\u00adli\u00adgent data enrich\u00adment and data vali\u00adda\u00adtion.<\/p>\n

With e\u2011connect, Insiders enables a seamless con\u00adnec\u00adtion to various national and inter\u00adna\u00adtional portals such as ZRE or Chorus Pro and, as an official access point, to Open\u00adPeppol, as well as a con\u00adve\u00adnient mail import \u2013 always in com\u00adpli\u00adance with all legal requi\u00adre\u00adments. With e\u2011convert, all invoice data is converted into the required format for the respec\u00adtive ERP system and prepared for archiving. In addition, the invoices are converted from any format into an elec\u00adtronic format and are thus ready for e\u2011invoicing. Addi\u00adtional AI modules enable automated account assign\u00adment as well as fraud and anomaly detection.<\/p>\n

Optimal Systems, a long-standing partner of Insiders Tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies, has created a suitable service offer for its customers, in which the current IT solution is checked with regard to the pro\u00adces\u00adsing pos\u00adsi\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adties of e\u2011invoices and an indi\u00advi\u00addual catalog of measures is created.
