FLOW is part of the OmnIA platform and supports companies in the struc\u00adtured pro\u00adces\u00adsing of incoming inquiries via email, chat, WhatsApp, and other channels. With the new release, FLOW inte\u00adgrates large language models (LLM) to improve per\u00adfor\u00admance. It is thus deve\u00adlo\u00adping into a tool that effec\u00adtively relieves teams by incre\u00adasing auto\u00adma\u00adtion and further opti\u00admi\u00adzing response manage\u00adment processes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>AI supports daily com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion<\/h3>\n<p>For the first time, FLOW 2.5 offers LLM-based answer sug\u00adges\u00adtions that support employees in creating high-quality, quality-assured responses and noti\u00adce\u00adably shorten pro\u00adces\u00adsing times. The previous com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion with the customer and the cus\u00adto\u00admer\u2019s status (e.g., premium or gold) are also taken into account when addres\u00adsing the customer and when crafting the reply. In addition, the solution auto\u00adma\u00adti\u00adcally sum\u00adma\u00adrizes even complex process histories, for example, when pro\u00adces\u00adsing a claim. As a result, the person in charge can maintain an overview and respond more quickly and con\u00adsis\u00adt\u00adently.<br>\u201eWith FLOW 2.5, we are bringing LLM functions to where they create real added value in everyday life for the first time: directly into the process of employees,\u201c says Felix Burkhard, Senior Sales Manager at Insiders Tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies. \u201eMany of our customers are under a lot of pressure to com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adcate. The new functions help them to react more quickly and at the same time keep the quality of responses con\u00adsis\u00adt\u00adently high.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Inte\u00adgrated eva\u00adlua\u00adtions with ACT<\/h3>\n<p>Another new feature of version 2.5 is the close con\u00adnec\u00adtion to the analysis and reporting component ACT from Insiders Tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies. This provides companies with imme\u00addia\u00adtely usable eva\u00adlua\u00adtions on sources of customer com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion, process cate\u00adgo\u00adries, or the timing of inquiries. ACT provides the results in graphical form and enables customer-specific dash\u00adboards. Qua\u00adli\u00adta\u00adtive key figures, such as change rates in LLM-generated response proposals, are also displayed. The new LLM capa\u00adbi\u00adli\u00adties and analysis tools are thus directly inter\u00adlinked, improving both pro\u00adduc\u00adti\u00advity and trans\u00adpa\u00adrency in pro\u00adces\u00adsing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Broad further deve\u00adlo\u00adp\u00adment of the platform<\/h3>\n<p>FLOW 2.5 also includes many detailed impro\u00adve\u00adments. These include updated third-party com\u00adpon\u00adents, new security and admi\u00adnis\u00adtra\u00adtion options, and opti\u00admiza\u00adtions for day-to-day work. Attach\u00adments can now also be used in automatic replies, and all reci\u00adpi\u00adents of an email are clearly displayed in the inbox.<br>The Template Manager for response templates can be used locally and can be operated inde\u00adpendently of the FLOW system \u2013 an advantage for teams that want to maintain templates decen\u00adtrally. The tried-and-tested options for auto\u00adma\u00adting and verifying incoming data remain integral to the system.<br>FLOW 2.5 is available imme\u00addia\u00adtely and can be obtained from Insiders Tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies or the sup\u00adporting partners.
