The insurance company has been using Insiders AI OvAItion for automated document pro\u00adces\u00adsing for almost 15 years and has now com\u00adple\u00adtely migrated the solutions to the Insiders Cloud. This promotes rapid inno\u00adva\u00adtion and efficient imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Insiders announces that the insurance company Baloise now obtains all of Insiders\u2018 AI-supported input manage\u00adment solutions from the Insiders Cloud. By switching from on-premises to the cloud, Baloise IT has been able to increase its effi\u00adci\u00adency through greater focus, and the company now benefits earlier from Insiders\u2018 product inno\u00adva\u00adtions.<\/p>\n

The Swiss insurance group Baloise, head\u00adquar\u00adtered in Basel with sub\u00adsi\u00addia\u00adries in Belgium, Germany, and Luxem\u00adbourg, has been sup\u00adporting its customers in financial matters for more than 160 years. Under the premise that \u201cdoing nothing is not a solution,\u201d Baloise IT pursues a clear multi-cloud strategy in order to continue to fulfill its role as a driver of inno\u00adva\u00adtion within the company in the future. For its own services, it has set up a hybrid cloud con\u00adsis\u00adting of a private cloud and an Azure-based public cloud. This is com\u00adple\u00admented by cloud offerings from manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adrers such as Insiders Tech\u00adno\u00adlo\u00adgies and other business partners that offer SaaS solutions. By using the Insiders Cloud for AI-based input manage\u00adment, Baloise has reached an important milestone in the imple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion of its cloud strategy.<\/p>\n

Baloise faces the challenge of effi\u00adci\u00adently pro\u00adces\u00adsing a high volume of around 140,000 documents per month \u2013 some of which comprise up to 1,000 pages \u2013 on a daily basis. The documents reach Baloise via various input channels such as paper, email, chat, app, or portals and are dis\u00adtri\u00adbuted across more than 250 document classes.<\/p>\n
